Who we are
Founder
Todd has held leadership positions at all seats around the table: investor, banker, entrepreneur, director, and corporate executive. His investment experience spans aerospace & defense, healthcare, technology, industrial manufacturing, and financial services. Earlier in his career, Todd was a founding partner of Candlewood Capital, a hedge fund management company.
Director
Ed was a partner for 30 years at Akerman LLP and served as lead counsel in hundreds of M&A transactions across healthcare, technology, and professional services. He is currently general counsel, investor, and board member of Cimarron Insurance Company and an investor in Ristaino Hospitality LLC.
Director
Michael is a technology and operations strategist with 20+ years of experience across healthcare, consumer goods, and manufacturing. His background includes roles at IBM, Hewlett-Packard, Bacardi, and Costa Farms, and he leads mSquare Solutions, his technology advisory consultancy.
Director
Dr. Silva is a board-certified physician in internal medicine in private practice since 2000 and a Member of the American College of Physicians. She has served as a preceptor at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons.

John has 20+ years of US GAAP and SEC experience advising public and private clients in complex accounting areas. He started at BDO USA as Senior Manager and later held senior accounting roles at MDC Partners, Monster Worldwide, and GT Nexus.
